Sacralgrounds is authorized to withdraw from the credit card or bank account identified below for payment of all charges arising under the membership account. The information provided must be true, current, and complete, and it is the member's responsibility to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate.

Payments will be withdrawn from the designated credit card or bank account based on the agreed membership plan. This authorization will remain in effect for the full duration of the membership term, with no option for early cancellation or refund, except in the cases outlined below. No automatic renewals will be applied unless otherwise specified in the membership agreement.

For more information on the right to cancel, members should contact their financial institution or reach out to Sacralgrounds directly. Sacralgrounds may assign this authorization, whether directly or indirectly, by operation of law, change of control, or otherwise, and shall provide written notice following such assignment.

Interruption of Service, and Cancellation of Account:

A) Use of services is at the discretion of the member.

B) Unused services do not constitute grounds for credits or refunds.

C) Prepaid memberships cannot be refunded.

D) All students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to all classes, and a legal guardian or parent must sign this agreement.
