About Natalie

Gifted into a life of yoga, health, and healing, and after many years of witnessing human transformation, including her own, the exploration of transcending the human experience has become the basis behind Natalie’s teachings as her life is a testament to the power of intentional living. As a PSYCH-K®️ Facilitator, functional & integrative health coach, Mindset personal coach, and yoga & meditation teacher, Natalie’s interest lies in taking all she’s learned and experienced in all things mind, body, and soul, and reflecting it back into her work, so people have the tools within their reach to free their minds, so they can live more intentionally, fearlessly, and harmoniously.

As an entrepreneur, born creative, Natalie is passionate about mindful productivity and growth, where she coaches people to think, feel, and live powerfully and authentically through the practice of yoga (body) and different healing modalities (mind & soul). She believes that when people change themselves and step into their power, they change their life, and as a result, a new consciousness emerges. Natalie works on embodying everything she teaches, to honor the relationship she has with herself, and the work she puts out into the world and Sacral Grounds. Her mission is to uplift, transform and surpass the limits of possibilities of all those that come to her through her teachings.
